How can I make a return?

Do you offer exchanges?

If you would like a replacement for the item(s) you are returning, we recommend you place a new order with the new size/color you need. Our inventory changes daily and this is the best way to guarantee that the items you need will be available. You can also contact our Customer Care department to assist you.

Where can I find women's sizes?

As most styles are unisex, both men's and women's sizes are included on each product's page. When choosing your shoe size, the women's size will be immediately next to the men's size, and is typically 1.5 shoe sizes larger. For example, a men's size 7 will be a women's size 8.5.

What does the "PF" in "PF Flyers" stand for?

P.F. stands for "Posture Foundation," the first insole developed for "active feet" to improve work, relaxation and play.
