If within thirty (30) days after receiving an order placed on our site you are not satisfied with your purchase, PF Flyers invites you to return the item(s) for any reason for free using our prepaid shipping label.
Defect or Damage
PF Flyers will happily replace all items damaged in transit and/or containing a manufacturer's defect; in this case, any shipping charges will be waived. To report defect or damage, contact Customer Care immediately at our toll-free number, (866) 355-6227.
By Phone-Refunds
Free returns are available to those located within the 50 United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes) and who will be shipping return item(s) back to us using our prepaid shipping label within thirty (30) days of the purchase.
Once your returned merchandise is received, we will credit your original form of payment. Refunds will be credited for the purchased price along with any applicable taxes. (Please note that we are unable to reimburse shipping charges.)
Please Note: Allow 5-10 business days to process your refund and for a credit to reflect on your account statement. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Care by calling (866) 355-6227. A return address must be included. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
