eGifts are available in amounts from $5-$5,000 and may be ordered with a valid credit card online or through Customer Care at (866) 355-6227.

eGifts include a personal message and are sent to the recipient's email address immediately after the credit card is processed.

Only one eGift is allowed per order. We are unable to ship separate items to multiple addresses. eGift purchases are processed separately from other items in your shopping cart and your order confirmation is your receipt.

Redeeming eGifts

eGifts are redeemable for merchandise at only. eGifts may be applied to orders placed online or over the phone by Customer Care. Simply enter the gift code during checkout. If the amount of your eGift exceeds the order total, the balance will remain active for later use.

Upon redemption, any unused balance will be carried over for future purchases and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other eGifts. If the purchase total exceeds the eGift amount, the difference must be paid using a credit card.

Lost eGifts
eGifts should be treated like cash. They will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proper proof of purchase. If a replacement eGift is issued, the amount will be for the unused portion of the gift total.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review eGifts and orders for suspected fraud, eGifts mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or other violations of eGift policies.
